Use Falls with care, respect your community, and keep control of your server’s moderation.

01Using Falls

These Terms of Service apply to the Falls Discord bot, its website, and its administration dashboard (together, the “Service”). “We,” “us,” and “our” mean the operator of Falls, who can be contacted at contactme@fallsbot.tech.

By adding Falls to a server, accessing its dashboard, or using its commands, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and, if you manage the server, remove the bot. You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement: at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country. Where necessary, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.

Falls is an independent application. It is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Discord. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

02What the bot does

Falls provides server moderation and administration tools. Depending on server configuration and Discord permissions, these include warnings, timeouts, mutes, kicks, bans, channel controls, automated text filtering, account-age checks, moderation records, evidence handling, reaction logs, moderator statistics, and announcements.

The dashboard lets authorized operators manage these features and review information available to the bot. Features depend on Discord’s availability, the bot’s permissions, and server settings. Automated checks can make mistakes; they do not replace a moderator’s judgment.

03Server and account responsibilities

Only install or configure Falls where you have authority to do so. Server administrators are responsible for choosing permissions, configuring moderation rules, securing log channels, informing members about the bot’s data use, and supervising staff access.

Keep dashboard credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Use only the accounts, servers, channels, and records you are authorized to access. Administrators must review moderation decisions, correct inaccurate records, and remove information that is no longer needed.

04Acceptable use

You must use Falls lawfully and consistently with Discord’s rules. In particular, do not:

  • Use moderation tools for harassment, discrimination, intimidation, spam, raids, or other abuse.
  • Fabricate evidence, impersonate another person, or submit content you do not have the right to share.
  • Collect or disclose personal information beyond what is necessary for legitimate server moderation.
  • Submit passwords, access tokens, financial or health records, or other unnecessary sensitive information as evidence.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, evade access controls or rate limits, disrupt the Service, or exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Use bot data for advertising, data brokerage, unrelated profiling, or training machine learning models.

Report abuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms to contactme@fallsbot.tech. Include enough context to investigate, without sending passwords or unnecessary personal information.

05Content and moderation records

You retain any rights you have in content submitted to Falls. You authorize us to process, store, and display that content only as needed to provide the Service, handle support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Evidence and moderation logs may be posted in configured Discord channels or viewed by authorized dashboard operators. Server administrators control access to their channels and any exports they create. Avoid submitting unrelated personal information and choose appropriate access restrictions.

Server administrators decide their server’s rules and moderation outcomes. To appeal a warning, timeout, or ban, contact that server’s moderators. You can contact us separately about your personal data or misuse of Falls; a privacy request does not require approval from the server’s moderators.

06Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what Falls accesses and stores, how information is used and shared, retention practices, and how to request access, correction, or deletion. Send privacy requests directly to contactme@fallsbot.tech.

07Availability and changes

We may update features, fix defects, or temporarily interrupt the Service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Discord changes and hosting interruptions may also affect functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of every record, or that automated moderation will detect every violation.

We will provide reasonable notice of material changes or discontinuation when practicable, except where urgent security or legal needs require earlier action.

08Ending use

You can stop using Falls at any time. Authorized server administrators can remove the bot or revoke its permissions, and dashboard users can sign out. Removing the bot stops new collection from that server but does not automatically erase existing records. Contact us to request deletion as explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, a security risk, a violation of these terms, or a legal or Discord requirement. Suspension does not remove your ability to submit a privacy request. When data is no longer needed for the Service, or we stop operating it, we will delete it unless retention is required by law.

09Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or loss of data, arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or data protection rights.

10Updates and contact

We may revise these terms as the Service changes. The effective and last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be identified on the website or through another appropriate notice; where the law requires consent, we will seek it. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the Service.

For questions, support, or reports of misuse, contact the Falls operator at contactme@fallsbot.tech.
