What Falls does

Every warning, timeout, kick and ban becomes a numbered case with a reason and the proof attached, so a decision can be reviewed later.

Tickets with transcripts
Members open private tickets. Staff claim and resolve them, and the conversation is saved as a transcript. Members can rate a resolved ticket.

How it works

Add Falls
Invite the bot to your server. You need the Manage Server permission.

Run setup
Run /config setup as an administrator. Pick your log channel and warning roles, or use auto-setup.

Start moderating
Use slash commands and panels in Discord. Dashboard accounts are issued per server; email us to request one.
What Falls asks for, and why
Moderation tools act on members, so Falls needs strong permissions. Review them before you invite the bot.
Falls uses the Server Members and Message Content intents for message and join checks. It stores cases, proof files and ticket transcripts so your staff can review them. The Privacy Policy lists what is stored and how to ask for deletion.
